Certified Age in Place Specialist (CAPS), a designation conferred by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). We offer Age in Place Services to the senior population and to families who are tasked to care for a physically challenged member. Our services are as follow:

Remodeling & Modification
As a B (General Contractor) Licensed Contractor in California, we can provide you with the planning, design, permitting, construction/ remodeling/ modification of your home following the Age-in Place guidelines.
Workshops & Events
Our workshops are designed to teach
not only the senior adults themselves but their care providers and co-inhabitants in the home.
Media Interviews
Our goal is to raise awareness for Age in Place Solutions and Livable Homes for the Elderly and the Physically Challenged. Maria Nicholson is available for interviews for articles both print and electronic publications, television or radio shows.
