ADA/Age in Place Bathroom Modification at a Group Home in Mission Viejo
In Mission Viejo, our team completed Age In Place bathroom modifications for a senior living group home. We converted the tub into a curbless shower allowing for easy and safe access for residents. A teak foldable seat, handrails, a handheld spray for the shower head, and a shampoo niche were placed in the shower to help prevent residents from falling. We also placed a quartz countertop with an undermount sink.

We had a plumbing leak from our master bathroom. Maria and her crew at Project Build Construction and Interiors came to the rescue. Maria worked closely with the adjusters and provided her expertise in the proper restoration of our home including drywall, kitchen cabinets, painting, tiles, and flooring. She was able to justify to the adjuster the need to do a complete cabinet and countertop replacement which at first, the insurance did not want to cover. She really puts her clients first and her crew provided excellent quality work. Topnotch in customer service. If you have water damaged restoration work that needs to be done call her.
