Universal, ADA, and Accessibility Remodeling

Your Home. Your Freedom. Your Style.

At Project Build Construction & Interiors, we believe a home should be more than beautiful — it should be safe, functional, and empowering for every stage of life.

That’s why we specialize in ADA-compliant remodeling and universal design solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and the entire home including outdoor spaces across Orange County and Southern California. Whether you’re living with a mobility challenge, planning ahead for aging in place, or simply want a modern upgrade that works for multi-generational families, we design spaces that is right for you and your loved ones.

What is UNIVERSAL DESIGN

UNIVERSAL DESIGN means creating spaces that everyone can use — children, seniors, people with disabilities, and perfectly healthy adults.

Wider doorways feel open and inviting — and are wheelchair-ready if ever needed.

Curbless showers look like spa upgrades — while preventing falls.

Lever handles are ADA-friendly — and easier for kids or anyone with full hands.

Non-slip flooring reduces accidents — while giving your home a stylish matte finish.

Universal design isn’t about making a home look clinical. It’s about combining safety, beauty, and independence into one seamless design.

Why ADA, Accessibility, and UNIVERSAL DESIGN Matters

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sets standards that ensure accessibility for all. When we bring those standards into residential remodeling, we give families peace of mind and future-proof homes.

Our ADA, ACCESSIBILITY,  AND UNIVERSAL DESIGN REMODELING INCLUDES::

  • Curbless, roll-in showers with seating and grab bars

  •  ADA-compliant sinks, countertops, and cabinetry

  •  Comfort-height toilets for seniors and those with arthritis

  •  Motion-sensor lighting for fall prevention

  •  Kitchen layouts designed for wheelchair users and seated prep

ADA, ACCESSIBILITY,  and UNIVERSAL DESIGN REMODELING isn’t just compliance. It’s dignity, independence, and confidence — designed into your home.
