Laminate Installation After Flood in Laguna Woods
After the water heater in this home went out the floors become flooded and ruined. The owners came to us to take out the bad flooring and replace it with laminate. The priority of this job was to select a laminate flooring option that looked great and also made it wheelchair accessible.
The owners were extremely delighted with the laminate flooring option we selected. This Laguna Woods condo is now back to great shape with its new flooring installed by Project Build Construction.

Maria and her team at Project Build are the utmost professionals. Timely, caring, and extremely thorough. My handicapped mom had her condo floors flooded suddenly when her hot water heater went in Laguna Woods. Project Build responded instantly, sent a guy over to take measurements, gave us multiple flooring options with her wheelchair needs in mind, and adjusted other non-emergency jobs to make room for hers. Plus, Maria texted me all weekend on her own time to keep me updated and informed, answering any and all questions we had. They treat you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring!!
