In Laguna Woods, we completed this beautiful home remodel. This full remodel included kitchen, living room, bathroom, master bedroom, painting, and home office renovations. The entire home tested positive for asbestos, therefore, we needed to remove all of the existing drywall and bring in the abatement crew. The focus was to give this project an updated and open feel. We installed all new energy saving windows and doors throughout. We painted the property with neutral tones to create a light, spacious, and relaxing ambiance. We installed luminous lighting to enhance the mood and feel of the home. We placed Luxury Vinyl Planks to give our customer a sense of ease for maintenance and water resistance. In the kitchen, the customer opted for White Shaker Cabinets, Quartz Countertops, and a double bowl undermount kitchen sink. We converted the tub into a walk-in shower in the master bathroom, which made it feel and look bigger.

We had a plumbing leak from our master bathroom. Maria and her crew at Project Build Construction and Interiors came to the rescue. Maria worked closely with the adjusters and provided her expertise in the proper restoration of our home including drywall, kitchen cabinets, painting, tiles, and flooring. She was able to justify to the adjuster the need to do a complete cabinet and countertop replacement which at first, the insurance did not want to cover. She really puts her clients first and her crew provided excellent quality work. Topnotch in customer service. If you have water damaged restoration work that needs to be done call her.
