Master Bathroom Shower Review
Project build did a wonderful job on our master bathroom shower. It's always scary hiring any construction company and after interviewing several companies we decided we would give Maria and her company a shot. Maria is very honest and a pleasure to work with. I've already referred clients to Maria and Project Build Construction. I'm so pleased with their work and timeliness. I plan on using this company for any future construction work that we may need in the future. Great work, great price, and great customer service. The whole package!

KBRT Radio Bathroom Remodel
After 30 years, our office restrooms needed to be refreshed. After much research and a number of job bids, our company decided to go with Project Build. Maria's professionalism and project bid really stood out. The job itself went very smoothly. The demo, tile, countertop, divider, plumbing, electrical, and painting crews all worked efficiently and were respectful to our office and employees. Maria was available every step of the way and offered wonderful suggestions and options on tile and paint colors. The restrooms turned out elegant and beautiful - first class and professional all the way.

Creating a Larger Kitchen
We have used Calvin and Maria of Project Build Construction to remodel our home. We wanted to create a more open space and a bigger kitchen. The first time we met them, we already felt comfortable. They listened to our needs and offered great suggestions. After talking with two other contractors we decided to go with our gut feeling. And we were right. Maria helped us a lot in selecting cabinets, countertop, fixtures and paint colors. It was a very pleasant experience with them. The work was done in a very timely manner and their crew did a fantastic job. We love it!

Revamping a Home

Bathroom Remodel
I had my bathtub completely remodeled (ie: replace bathtub, install new fixtures/plumbing, wall tiles, etc) with Maria and Calvin. Like practically all contractors you find, they subcontract out. But unlike others, they consistently came back to check in regularly and make sure the work is done correctly and up to standards. Communication was excellent. Their price was comparable to other quotes I received. I am extremely satisfied with my bathtub and highly recommend Maria and Calvin for your next project.

Installing Tile Flooring
I'm happy to write that everything ended up as I had hoped. The quote on a 150sq feet of tile flooring install was on the lower end of about 4 different quotes. Unlike every other contractor, Cal was ready to start work right away while I was getting a 4 week window from everyone else. It's a big reason I went with Project Build, to begin with.
His guys showed up on time, moved the appliances, did the floor demo and installed the tile all by around 4 pm. Then as a favor, came back the same day around 7 pm to grout everything which saved me from having to go into work late the next day. The whole thing was done in one long day.
They even grouted the gaps between the drywall and the edge of the tile and sealed it completely, again saving me a bunch of work. I'm pretty stoked that it was done as quickly and painlessly.
Cal is personable and reliable and got back to me quickly on all my questions. Would definitely use him again.

Making a Barbershop more Spacious
Maria and Calvin listened to our needs and helped us put our Barber Shop together. If you come by you can see over 400 sqft that they painted, tile floor and molding to make it look clean and big. Thank you to Maria and Calvin and for sure I will refer to anyone that I know as I could be happier.

Updating Two Bathrooms
I am very happy with the work that Project Build did to my house. I updated my 2 bathrooms and had them change my carpeted floors into wood look porcelain tiles. Fixing Another Contractor's Mistakes
I found Project Build on craigslist after having a bad experience with another Craigslist contractor. Needless to say, I was quite skeptical. After meeting Cal (The Owner) who was early for the initial estimate (quite rare)... I felt very comfortable working with this company. They were on-time, professional, and did fantastic work. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my home flooring needs.

Replacing Living Room Carpet
I had Project Build replace my living room carpet into laminate flooring because of my pets. They were able to locate and procure materials that fit my budget as it was very limited. They were prompt and they finished on schedule. They cleaned after themselves well. I highly recommend them.
