San Clemente Home Remodel
This San Clemente project was designed to remove walls and reconfigure the kitchen to give it a coastal feel. Larger windows were added to enhance the view of the ocean. This complete remodel included drywall, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, closet spacing, custom cabinetry, countertops, lighting, fireplace, and flooring. For the bathroom, we added a free-standing tub and a shower encased by starfire glass and stone walls. The homeowners took our advice in using good plumbing fixtures that exude luxury. These photos show Brizo in luxe gold. The paint tones chosen create a relaxed beach cottage feel.
We had a plumbing leak from our master bathroom. Maria and her crew at Project Build Construction and Interiors came to the rescue. Maria worked closely with the adjusters and provided her expertise in the proper restoration of our home including drywall, kitchen cabinets, painting, tiles, and flooring. She was able to justify to the adjuster the need to do a complete cabinet and countertop replacement which at first, the insurance did not want to cover. She really puts her clients first and her crew provided excellent quality work. Topnotch in customer service. If you have water damaged restoration work that needs to be done call her.
