If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen the best place to start is with a plan. We compiled the basic steps you need to take to make your dream kitchen a reality.
Retain the services of a General Contractor. Retain the services of an Architect (if needed)
Finalize the Plans and Drawings of your Project
Submit plans and drawings and apply for permits
Demolition of existing kitchen
Begin structural changes e.g. framing, windows, walls, doors, etc.
HVAC work begins (ventilation above range)
Electrical (lighting, switches, electrical outlets, upgrade of panel if needed) - our electrical services
Plumbing (plumbing for sink, dishwasher, waterline for refrigerator, garbage disposer) - our pluming services
Insulation/Drywall as needed
Texturing (if opted), Painting of Walls
Installation of Kitchen Cabinetry
Create a template for solid surface countertops (quartz, granite, Silestone, etc). Make sure all appliances, sinks, faucets are onsite.
Installation of countertops
Installation of flooring and base moldings
Installation of appliances
Finish Plumbing and Electrical (fixtures such as can lights, faucets)
Final Touch-Ups, Walk-Through and Punch List
