Insulation/Drywall as needed
Texturing (if opted), Painting of Walls
Installation of Kitchen Cabinetry
Create a template for solid surface countertops (quartz, granite, Silestone, etc). Make sure all appliances, sinks, faucets are onsite.
Installation of countertops
Installation of flooring and base moldings
Installation of appliances
Finish Plumbing and Electrical (fixtures such as can lights, faucets)
Final Touch-Ups, Walk-Through and Punch List
